The Florida Improved Construction Practices Committee (ICPC) is a group volunteer committee of members from NACM South Atlantic and NACM Tampa who are focused on maintaining the Florida Construction Lien law relating to Florida Statutes 713 regarding construction liens and Florida Statutes 255 regarding Public Property and Publicly Owned Buildings.
