RecordingFast™ Electronic Document Recording

Record important construction and credit-related documents electronically without driving to the courthouse, relying on overnight delivery, or waiting for documents to travel through the mail.

RecordingFast™ from NACM South Atlantic provides a convenient way to electronically submit eligible documents for recording with participating county recording offices.

From Your Desk to the Public Record

Electronic document recording replaces many of the manual steps traditionally associated with delivering documents to a county recording office.

What Is Electronic Document Recording?

Electronic document recording, often called eRecording, is the process of electronically transmitting a document that must be recorded in the public records directly to an appropriate county clerk, comptroller, recorder, register of deeds, or similar recording authority.

Instead of driving a document to a courthouse or sending it by mail or overnight delivery, RecordingFast™ provides NACM members with a faster and more convenient electronic alternative for eligible documents.

Designed for the credit and construction industries. RecordingFast™ complements NACM South Atlantic’s Notice to Owner, lien-document, and credit-management services.
